Hello.

My name is Amy & I have been working in the Alternative Health sector for over 25 years.

Using natural therapies & in everyday life & helping others to heal naturally has given me a deep trust in the natural processes of healing & a better understand of how we can heal emotionally & physically.

Healing requires the courage to look within ourselves and understand our role in our health and well-being, unpacking our beliefs and becoming aware of our conditioning.

My focus is on holistic health embraces a whole-person approach that considers the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of an individual, along with lifestyle and dietary choices. 

Working with the body through massage, dry needling, acupressure & reflex points can access the autonomic functioning of the body & re calibrate responses of the muscle, tendon, nervous system & organs.

Bodywork also affects teh vagus nerve with is the superhighway from the base of our brain to our organs including the heart & digestive system. Through relaxation & breathing techniques, reducing tension & stimulating the parasympatheic part of the nervous system this relaxes nervous system innervation of these areas as well as releasing emotions & relaxing the mind.

Emotional Roots Wisdom is for anyone curious or who realise the role our emotions play on our physical & mental health. Through mindfulness exercises & somatic practises, working with the sensations in the body, we start to unpack the origins of these emotional traumas big or small & ways to offer release & relief to the body & mind.

This has been my journey for the past 20 years, and I remain committed to helping others improve their health
